What Makes Our Titanium Welded Tube Superior

High-quality titanium plate cutting is the first step in the production process. Precision rolling and automated welding with complete penetration and treatment come next.

During welding, both internal and external surfaces are shielded by high-purity argon gas. This stops oxidation and pollution of the atmosphere.

The weld zone microstructure is restored to the parent metal's characteristics through post-weld annealing. As a result, mechanical performance is comparable to seamless tubes at a substantially reduced cost.

Compared to extruded seamless goods, our cold-rolled strip feedstock produces better surface finishes. In liquid media applications, this smoother surface lowers fouling rates.

On the surface, the stable TiO2 oxide layer quickly develops. In settings high in chloride, it offers self-healing defense against pitting and stress corrosion cracking.
