GR5 Titanium Alloy Polished Wire

Baoji Jucheng Titanium Industry Co., Ltd. has been producing gr5 titanium alloy polished wire that meets the highest industrial standards for more than 20 years in China's Titanium Valley. Thanks to vacuum annealing, precision polishing, and multi-pass hot drawing, our Ti-6Al-4V polished wire has a tensile strength of over 895 MPa and a surface roughness (Ra) of less than 0.4μm. With a year-round inventory of about 3,000 tons of titanium, we guarantee prompt delivery of wire with diameters between Φ0.1mm and Φ8.0mm.
