Baoji Jucheng Titanium Industry Co., Ltd., situated in China's Titanium Valley, offers precisely constructed titanium flanges manufactured in compliance with GB/T 9112, ASME B16.5, ASME B16.47, & EN 1092-1 requirements. We have been producing titanium for over 20 years since 2004, and we maintain over 3,000 tons of titanium on stock for timely delivery. Flanges in Grades Gr1, Gr2, Gr5 (Ti-6Al-4V), Gr7, Gr9, Gr12, and Gr23 are available. They vary in size from NPS 1/2" to 48" (DN15-DN1200) and in thickness from Sch5S to Sch160. To achieve tensile strength ≥345 MPa and yield strength ≥275 MPa in Grade 2, Modern forging, heat treatment, and CNC machining are used in the production of each flange to guarantee reliable performance in demanding media.
